Stock Plate Beamsplitters
(45 degree incidence)
Opticorp Inc. plate beamsplitters (45 degree incidence) are precision glass substrates that have been coated with an ALL dielectric beamsplitter coating to achieve specific reflectance/transmittance splits for the visible and near infrared. Since the coatings are angle sensitive, they are designed for use at 45 degrees +/- 15 degrees incidence angle. The coatings are durable and are cleanable using normal laboratory methods.

SPECIFICATIONS:

S1: 3 waves/inch flatness specified at 632.8nm (90% aperture)
60/40 scratch/dig
S2: same as S1
AR coated for the visible or NIR
Substrate thickness: .039 inches (1 mm)
Dimensions: +/- 0.010 inches (+/-0.25mm)
Substrate material: Optical quality float glass or Tempax
Typical performance: See curve. Note that these coatings tend to be polarization sensitive.
Available wavelength regions:Visible: 400-700 nm
Near IR: 700-1100nm
Available R/T nominal split ratios: 30/70; 50/50; 70/30
